Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a standard-sized loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs. Then add in the apple cider vinegar, melted coconut oil, and almond milk. Mix well.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. It will be thick and somewhat sticky.
- Shape the dough: Transfer the dough to the prepared loaf pan. Wet your hands to prevent sticking, and then use your hands to shape and smooth the top of the dough.
- Bake: Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick or skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice and enjoy: Once the bread has cooled, slice it into 12 equal slices. Serve with your favorite keto-friendly toppings, such as butter, avocado, or sugar-free jam.
